I hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas and a fantastic new year, I know I did!
I've received a few art books and I feel so inspired by all of them that I started doing a new illustration. It feels so good to work on my own stuff after being busy with Educational Illustrations for a while.
Here's a picture of the background I'm working on. I want to give the illustration the feeling of old paper but which can be seen as an old wall that got a few cracks.
I'm still not sure if I must make the dragon red or green....Any suggestions?
Aaw, he is so gorgeous! I love him just like this but if you want to colour him up I'd love to see him in a muted grey/green. So, so nice, well done. Happy New Year to you!
